About Dawn Romagnoli
 Dawn Romagnoli, a Broker and the President and CEO of Direct Training, Inc., is actively involved in the Residential Real Estate Business and has been since 1980 when she obtained her salesperson's license. She worked in sales for over 10 years before moving into management for the most successful independently-owned company in Houston, Texas. Over the past 10 years, she has been in charge of training all company associates from the novice to the experienced veteran including some of the most prestigious and productive agents in the Houston area. The hunger for knowledge and the success of her trainees has inspired her to deliver training in a more proactive way.
Accolades Dawn has received from her students reflect her enthusiasm about teaching, coaching and problem solving, giving courage and optimism to trainees in a very important and complex field.
